Since 2015, Luca Pagliari has been restoring his family’s vineyards in Riomaggiore, reclaiming them from abandonment after a fire in the early 2000s. He works every meter of land by hand, rebuilds the dry stone walls, and replants the vines.
In 2020, despite hail and wild boars, the first 420 bottles of Cinque Terre DOC were produced.

ROSSO MA NON TROPPO
Granaccia, Syrah, Pollera, and Chianti blend grapes from Costa Novale and Cà di Zanetto; vinified in white . A light, drinkable red with elevated aromas.
NELSON, IL CINGHIALE DEL NOVALE
Produced with grapes saved from wild boar attacks in Cà di Zanetto superiore, a hamlet of Costa Novale. 16 days of maceration on skin grapes and aging in used barriques for a pop wine with remarkable drinkability and a light structure that preserves complex aromas.
THALASSA
Produced with Bosco, Albarola, and a small anoubt of Vermentino grapes in Costa Novale and Cà di Zanetto Inferiore. A combination of hardness and aromatic and gustatory breadth.
