All our wines are produced from grapes grown personally, according to good agricultural techniques and good sense, in the company's vineyards located in the municipality of Riomaggiore, in the Cinqueterre DOC. Vinification is by spontaneous fermentation on indigenous yeasts. Ingredients: only grapes and reduced use of sulfites, without filtration or clarification.
