Produced in Costa Novale/Cà di Zanetto from Granaccia, Syrah, Pollera, and Chianti blend grapes. Combines good structure with excellent drinkability.

Vintage:

2023 (hot and dry year, with some refreshing thunderstorms) Vineyard: Costa Novale and Cà di Zanetto, Riomaggiore, Cinqueterre. Grapes: granaccia, syrah and typical Chianti varieties.

Cultivation:

High and low pergola. No irrigation.

Vinification:

approximately two weeksof maceration on the skins, steel ageing on fine lees where malolactic fermentation takes place. Unfined, unfiltered.
