Cru produced with Bosco and Albarola grapes in Costa Novale, Riomaggiore. Great structure, aromatic and gustatory complexity. Hints of salt and tannin strike directly your tongue balanced by glycerin.

Vintage:

2023 (hot and dry year, with some refreshing thunderstorms). Costa Novale, Riomaggiore, Cinqueterre, bosco and albarola grapes.

Farming:

Guyot and high pergola. Use of green manure crops as self-regenerating subterranean clover and mix of legumes and brassicaceae. No irrigation.

Production:

13d temperature-controlled maceration on the skins with part of well lignified stems, resting on fine lees in steel where malolactic fermentation takes place. Unfined, unfiltered.
