Costa Novale and Cà di Zanetto, Riomaggiore, Granaccia, Syrah, Pollera and Chianti blend reversed percentage grapes

Cultivation:

Guyot and pergola, both high and low. Partially fertilized with fava bean green manure, partially unfertilized. Green pruning on Guyot, no irrigation

Vinification:

Very short maceration on the skins in steel, malolactic fermentation. Unfiltered and unclarified.
