Produced with Bosco, Albarola, and Vermentino grapes from historic vines in Cà di Zanetto, Riomaggiore. 2-5 days maceration on the skins offers impact and immediacy, complexity, and structure.

Vintage:

2023 (hot and dry year, with some refreshing thunderstorms) Vineyard: Cà di Zanetto, Riomaggiore, Cinqueterre, bosco, albarola and vermentino grapes.

Farming:

Low pergola. Fertilisation through sort of scattered ditches filled with legumes, chicken manure and foliage. No irrigation.

Production:

Scalar harvests to fill the same steel tank for an average 2d temperature-controlled maceration on the skins. Resting on fine lees where malolactic fermentation takes place. Unfined, unfiltered.
